Affiliate links
Some product or retailer links may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission. The price you pay is not increased by our commission unless a provider clearly states otherwise.
Pages containing affiliate links should carry a clear disclosure close to the relevant recommendation or commercial link. A label such as “paid link” or an equally clear explanation will be used where appropriate; a button saying only “buy now” is not treated as sufficient disclosure.
Amazon Associates
Home Security Innovations may participate in the Amazon Associates programme. When Amazon Associates links are introduced, qualifying pages and links will carry the disclosure required by that programme, including that we may earn from qualifying purchases.
Lead generation and enquiries
We may receive a fee when a visitor submits an enquiry that is passed to a relevant installer, supplier or service provider. Before submission, the form or surrounding text should explain that the visitor’s details may be shared and link to our privacy policy. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige the visitor to purchase.
Featured and sponsored placement
A company may pay for enhanced visibility, a featured position or sponsored content. Paid placement will be labelled clearly. Payment does not convert an unverified listing into a verified one and does not represent a performance guarantee or endorsement.
Editorial independence
We aim to compare products and services using suitability, costs, privacy, compatibility, support and country-specific requirements. Commercial relationships may influence which offers are available, but should not change factual statements, hide material limitations or guarantee a positive conclusion.
